The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) lays out criteria needed to be met in order to have approved use of Ingrezza. This includes a clinical diagnosis of tardive dyskinesia (TD), which is:
Fill out our form and a UCP team member will reach out to you within 24 hours.
We’ll set up a time for an online or in-person consultation to answer questions.
After the consultation, our team will collaborate with you to gather pertinent patient data.
Once all need information is collected, we’ll begin medication delivery.

Yes! During on-boarding, our team works hand-in-hand with community staff to ensure a smooth transition. We also offer ongoing medication administration training and other educational tools as requested or required by each individual community
